After powering on, PC100 will first enter the initialization process for about two minutes before officially starting.

If the pool wall material is rough (such as concrete material), the PC100 may probably float when cleaning the wall; please retrieve the PC100, restart it, and use it again.

This is an abnormality caused by the battery going into hibernation and can be restored by switching on the switch once more.

When there is more sand and stones on the floor, the PC100 may rattle during cleaning. We recommend that:
1. Using the maintenance kit that comes with the PC100 to maintain the axle sleeves for the PC100;
2. Oil PC100's bushings after half a year.

Please manually flip the PC100 and reboot it before using it.

1. It may be caused by low room temperature; please try to charge at a temperature greater than 5 degrees Celsius;
2. When the PC100 has not been charged or used for more than 3 months, the battery may fail. In this case, please contact our customer service so we can offer you help.

When the PC100 lasts less than 2 hours or the charging time is greater than 2.5 hours but it cannot be fully charged, please contact our customer service so we can offer you help.
